Pek in Gama Barros School, Cacém, Portugal

Another team with the same enthusiasm participated in Pek’s adventures for the second time  in our school and decided to start the first page of a new script with our Pek’s adventures in Rio de Janeiro, before coming back to Europe again.

Inspired by Portuguese influences in Rio de Janeiro and helped by his class partners, our scriptwriter wrote a good script and exchanged it with his European partners, as it was decided that the scripts for each story would be the result of a cooperative work among transnational teams.

At last

PictureWe received last week the comic books and the T-shirts and the bookmarks. Eveyone was very happy and  touching the fruit of their work was a real delight, I could see sparkles of pride and happiness in the eyes of my students when they discovered every thing.... At last they could touch the paper and turn the pages for real !
We would like to thank eveyone for this year working together and for this fantastic result at the end of our project. We took some photos but of course some of us are missing because they have already gone...

¡Hola, pekkies!

Voy a explicaros en que consistió el trabajo realizado por mis alumnos de Ciclo Medio de Informática del Instituto San Clemente de Santiago de Compostela, para el proyecto Pek#3.



Aunque su tarea principal era la de dar color a las historietas, por estar relacionada con los contenidos del módulo Aplicaciones Ofimáticas, al trabajar en equipos mixtos realizaron todas las tareas indicadas como los restantes miembros:

  • En primer lugar, se presentaron, escogieron roles y se repartieron entre los siete equipos. Para ello, interactuaron con los estudiantes europeos mediante las herramientas del Twinspace.

PEK in Trappes, France

PictureEight pupils from “terminale Technicien en Chaudronnerie Industrielle” in the Lycee Louis Bleriot took part in Pek, The traveller Flea#3 this year. They started by getting used to the twinspace platform and then they completed their walls and read other partners' walls. They exchanged about music, hobbies via the pupils' corner.These were great reading comprehension and written exercices to do. Then they started by explaning what tasks they wanted to do in the project.

Conclusions

Work process

Getting to to know each other was our first activity. Our 87 pupils were encouraged to upload a photo of themselves and to complete their wall on the twinspace. So everyone could read information and have a better idea of their different partners with whom they were going to work for a year.
