comments on Lithuanian presentations

Posted by: Ana Arias Castro

Dear fellow students,

Thank you for your presentations. They are beautiful. We liked the presentation about sportspeople better than the one about your president. We are surprised that your president has two nationalities, Lithuanian and American.

In Spain we don't know much about Lithuania but after your presentations we know much more.

We'll be happy if you send more presentations about your country.

Víctor Luaces, Javier Varela, Héctor Lamagrande, María Rodríguez, Sheila Rodríguez and Lidia Fernández (all the other students are on a school trip today)

Dear partners,

We have been working really hard on some presentations for several weeks. Today we are presenting two of them, and we hope to upload more presentations as soon as they are completed. We strongly believe that you will enjoy watching about the first person in Lithuania, our President - Valdas Admkus as well as sportspeople who make our small country famous in the world.

We were also satisfied with your letters which arrived very fast. We were even suprised for receiving them so quickly, as it usually takes much time for us to write amswers.

greetings from Lithuania.

Love,

Students and their teacher Neringa

last week we had a chance to watch your power point presentations about sports, music and celebrities in Spain. we admit that you have done a very interesting presentation which perfectly represents your country and people.

we also had a wonderful dicussion on the topics: the boys liked the material about sports and i was satisfied even astonished that they know some of sportsmen from Spain. we agreed that you have so many popular sports  in your country you can take part. you have proved that football is really the second religion in Spain.

quality label

Posted by: Ana Arias Castro

At CPI Tino Grandío we have more or less carried out the work we had set for this school year in our project Knowing Europe. Therefore, we have decided to apply for the quality label in Spain. Even though we may not receive it, we are all proud of all the materials we have prepared and received from the partner schools. We suppose our partners must be in the same stage of the process so best of luck if you eventually decide to apply for the label. Bye.

Spanish presentation about interesting places

Posted by: Ana Arias Castro

We have finally uploaded our last presentation this second term. It's about interesting aspects and views about our country: the best food, the most beautiful cities, monuments, etc. The texts are simple but we hope you can enjoy it and get a better view of our country. We'd be delighted to read your comments about it.

At last we have finished the presentations we have been working on for these last two months. they are about music, sport, celebrities and interesting places in Spain. The students chose the topics and the focus they thought it was better. Before uploading them we had a look at them in class and we all made comments about them.

We also had a look at the Lithuanian presentation about Shrove Tuesday. We liked it a lot as it is about a celebration which we call Carnival. We also have bonfires in the street and eat special food, basically pork meat and...
