Polish All Souls’ Day

Polish All Souls’ Day is a remembrance day of those death people whose sins have not been forgiven and they still make an atonement. During that day names of people written on small pieces of paper are read aloud by a priest from the altar or the pulpit and prayers are also said for those mentioned deceased.
