Easter in Polish is called Wielkanoc. This year we celebrated Easter on the 12th of April. We had six day free from school from Thursday 9th to Tuesday 14th. But the main celebrations take place during Easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday. On Saturday every family prepares pisanki. Pisanka is a dyed egg.
