 Today (14th October) we are celebrating the National Education Day (Dzień Edukacji Narodowej), also known as the Teacher's Day (Dzień Nauczyciela).
This day commemorates the creation of the Commission of National Education, created in 1773 from the initiative of King Stanisław August Poniatowski.
