I think that this etwinning project is an excellent collaboration between the participating schools. I see that we are doing experiments about the same topic in differnt ways. As a teacher I am learning a lot, and I appreciate the ways that different countries tackle the same topic. This is an enjoyable way for my students to see how other students from different countries work. We watch each others video clips and read each others comments during lessons, so that students who don't have ... |

This simple experiment shows how natural products are often extracted to concentrate soluble materials. A soxhlet extractor is specially designed for such extractions. This experiment shows the glassware setup required for a soxhlet extraction.
