Certainly everyone knows Grover - a nice furry character from Sesame Street. He visits different countries in the world and then tells children what he finds interesting about them.
The point of this project is a toy of Grover who is sent from one preschool in project to another. In every country in each preschool children welcome Grover, play, take photos, tell him about country they live (some most important things) and of course their kindergarten. At the and a teacher makes a report from the visit on behalf of Grover and a toy is sent by post to another preschool in the project. Report is sent to each preschool participating in project, so at the end every preschool has a set of reports (by Grover) about countries which are in project.
This project bases on partnership of many partners making something like a chain, and giving others information about many countries and preschool children living there.

Joy in Polish Kindergarten- Grover came back!
Posted by: Bożena Chwała-Mazur
Today, on the 21th of June 2012, Grover finally came back to Poland. During this school year he visited 5 kindergartens in five European countries: Poland, Spain, Portugal, Romania and Greece. He had a wanderful time and lots of fantastic adventures. Polish children couldn't wait to see him again, the more that in one and a half of a week they are finishing their kindergarten education and after vacation they will go to school. They wanted to see their blue friend, with whom they had 2-years long adventure. Children gave Grover a warm welcome- lots of kisses, hugs, and screams.
It is impossible how big power Grover has!
We are finnishing school year in our kindergarten on the 30th of June, and afrerwards children and Grover will go for a vacation. We will be back to our kindergarten on the 1st of September:)
